1. Shipping by Mail Postage

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time & Method
We ship via Royal Mail services. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen postal delays.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.​
2. Collection in Person (Day of Treatment)
How It Works
You may choose to collect your items in person during your scheduled treatment appointment. Simply select “Collection on Treatment Day” at checkout.

Requirements
Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when collecting your items. Items will be handed to you at the start or end of your appointment.

No Collection Fee
There is no additional charge for in-person collection.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4. No Returns or Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products, that have been opened.
