Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment: No refund will be provided. Any deposit paid will be forfeited.

This policy is in place to protect the time allocated for your appointment and compensate for potential lost bookings.

4.2 No Returns or Exchanges

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products, that have been opened.
